About Us
Our fun and interactive ramen joint offers flavors from East & West and honors the traditional ramen philosophy and preparation, all made using premium artisan noodles from world-famous Sun Noodles. We also have great sides and snacks. In Japanese, "Ramen Shoten'' literally means ``Ramen Shop, " so we welcome you to join us to savor and slurp your ramen, sitting down or standing up as you interact with others like it’s done in Japan!
