Called “The Sewing Room” because this part of the building was originally used as a workspace for cutting and stitching the fabric used in the scenic paintings that were created at “Twin Cities Scenic Co.,” beginning in 1895 when the building was new. Upon completion, the beautiful and wide variety of items created there by skilled teams were distributed to vaudeville theaters, opera and playhouses, and many other destinations around the country.
The light-filled space is decorated with beautiful light fixtures and a mural of famed Brazilian samba chanteuse Astrid Gilberto. A variety of food and beverage packages will be available, with an assortment of al-carte and catered menu items created by the food hall vendors located below and, of course, a full bar with beer, wine, craft cocktails, mocktails, and other NA options.
