Eat Street Crossing Chefs John Ng (Ramen Shoten, Zen Box Izakaya) and Ger Yang (Sushi Dori) are very excited to welcome their friend Chef Yia Vang (Union Hmong Kitchen) to the ESC Patio for a fun fall cookout on Thursday October 26!

Come watch these three talented Asian chefs grill up a stunning variety of skewers over live flame to serve alongside pan-fried Yakisoba noodles!

We’ve invited DJ Bryan Angeles to spin some vibes, our neighbors at The Liquor Exchange will be serving samples of wine, sake and Japanese Whisky, and Niko Niko Boba is bringing a special drink to the party!

We’re donating a portion of the proceeds to Gia Vang and Michelle Li’s ‘Very Asian Foundation’, advocating for and celebrating Asian Culture.

Door Sale Ticket on day of Event: $40/Person

Each ticket buys a platter with all the following dishes:

• 1 x Peking Roasted bone-in Chicken Thigh
• 1 x Skewer of Chicken Hearts
• 1 x Skewer Pork Belly
• 1 x Skewer of Grilled Prawn with Tiger Sauce
• 1 x side of Shishito Peppers with Fermented Chili Garlic
• 1 x side Hmong Pickled Mustard Greens
• 1 x serving of Vegan Yakisoba Noodles
