After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Louross has embarked on an exhilarating culinary adventure in Las Vegas, Nevada. From prestigious casinos to the vibrant chaos of a food truck, he has fearlessly explored every corner of the Vegas culinary scene.
His journey has led him to helm the kitchens of high-volume Ramen and Vegan/Vegetarian restaurants, showcasing his passion for diverse flavors and innovative cooking techniques. Chef Louross thrives in the energetic chaos of the kitchen, embodying a spirit fueled by growth and a relentless desire to satisfy hungry hearts.
